Soy Sauce ¼ cup Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup 2 Tablespoons Garlic, minced 2 teaspoons Salt ½ teaspoon
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix with a fork or wire whip until combined. Pour marinade over sliced cauliflower and leek. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes to marinate, covered, in the refrigerator.
